Cancellation Policy

A £50 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total inspection price. Our standard domestic EICR is £200 and includes properties with up to 10 electrical circuits. Additional circuits are charged at £18 per circuit. Larger properties will be quoted before work begins. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or failure to provide access to the property may result in the booking deposit being retained. Please ensure safe access to the property and electrical installation. Consumer units and other equipment required for testing should be accessible. During the inspection it will be necessary to isolate the electrical supply for parts of the testing process. An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a non-destructive inspection carried out in accordance with the current edition of BS 7671 and reflects the condition of the installation at the time of inspection only. Where safe and practical, minor faults may be rectified during the inspection. Any additional work outside the agreed inspection will always be discussed before proceeding. The remaining balance is payable following completion of the inspection and before your digital report is issued. Reports are normally delivered by email within 24–48 hours of payment.
